Fire alarm system design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance. From a domestic install in an HMO to a full system in a commercial building, we design every system to the appropriate grade and maintain it on an annual service contract so the certification stays current. We install conventional, addressable and wireless systems depending on the building type and the budget. Every install comes with the appropriate commissioning certificate, a log book, and we keep records on file. We can also take over maintenance of an existing system, identifying any compliance gaps and quoting any remedial work clearly before signing the contract. ### What's included - Domestic and commercial systems. - Conventional, addressable and wireless. - Annual service contracts to keep cover live. - Coordinated with the fire risk assessment. - Commissioning certificate and log book provided. - Take over of existing systems available. ### Our process 1. 1#### Site survey Building type, occupancy, current system, fire risk assessment outcomes and any insurer requirements. 2. 2#### Design and quote System designed to the appropriate grade, fixed price quote covering install, commissioning and certification. 3. 3#### Installation Wiring, sounders, panel, manual call points and any remote signalling. Every install comes with the appropriate commissioning certificate and we keep records on file for service contracts. Can you take over an existing system? Yes. We can survey and take over maintenance of an existing system. We will identify any compliance gaps and quote any remedial work clearly. How often should the alarm be serviced? Commercial systems should be serviced at least every six months, with a full inspection annually. Domestic systems are typically serviced annually. We will set the schedule that keeps your certification current.
